Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received or upon order placement for COD orders. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process it on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We are currently shipping to all major cities of Pakistan and some other areas where our delivery partner is operational. The availability of shipping may vary depending on your location and city.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays that may occur.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination of your order. The accurate shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time and/or based on order amount, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS from our delivery partner. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery that occurs due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

In mid 2018, two bankers decided the monochromatic suits and ties that were part of official office attire left nothing to the imagination and an individual’s personality. And from there the idea for Sockscribe was born. A one of kind socks brand that offered a versatility of eye popping designs and colors, adding a fresh take on boring office wear that allows people freedom of expression!

It wasn’t an easy start, sourcing was one of the most important and time-consuming tasks for us, because we weren’t willing to settle for low quality or non-endurable material. We wanted high end manufacturing and an incredible, high-quality product. Most of all we wanted COLOUR!

We joined forces with a Fine Artist who helped shape Sockscribe’s creative and marketing identity. We tested our products on our friends and family- the feedback was encouraging and next thing you know, we’ve launched our very own website.

Our first collection was a hit and since then there was no looking back! It wasn’t always smooth sailing, we faced many hiccups that go hand in hand with starting your own business from scratch, but we made quite a few loyal customers along the way that will always be part of Sockscribe’s story.
Many years later, Sockscribe’s goal and mission remain the same- encouraging individuality and expressing creativity one well dressed foot at a time.
